Overview Of Data
MRF Sales Data is describes the past sales data of MRF Kondoty also known as Pallikkal Tyres. The Company consist of two sectors Sales and Service sector. In the sales data a main thing is missing which is Expense. The expense in this company is normally diminished from Service sector so in the Sales Data expense column will be excluded. The service sector is performed offline so that billing is done physically.
Data Grasping
The main source of Data is from Tally ERP. All the billing of the tyre sales is done in Tally. The billing also includes tyres, tubes, lubes, complimentary items and so on.
In this data we are mainly focused on Tyre Sales only so that other things will be excluded. The data is being downloaded as excel files as shown below

In this data the unwanted column will be deleted during data cleaning. The column named '' Item Part No " will be deleted as it is confidential or to secure companies data security.
Challanges
Item group is one of the main column in this data so while checking the data we can find that the columns are empty after end of 2019 so we need to add
details for the rest using v lookup function. For that I have separately downloaded item name and item group from tally summary.
Using V lookup function I had separately added item group for the whole dataset. So the issue has been sort out.
